Once you make sure the wire cable is complete, you can untwist the pairs for laying flat between your fingers.  If you are looking for easier handling, you can cut the wires at 19 mm long from the base of the jacket.  Then, arrange the wire that based on the wiring specifications you are following.  Next is to press all the wires flat enough and parallel between your thumb and forefinger to verify whether the color is in the correct order or not.  To ensure the working condition of the cable, you have to check if the wires are cut even and clean.
