How to use the Encoder Decoder?
November 20, 2013Online Encoder Decoder makes it simple to encode or decode data. Firstly, choose the type of encoding tool in the Tool field. Then, using the Input type field, choose whether you want to use a text string as an input or a file. Type your input to the Text string field or select the input file through the File field and finally, hit the "Encode!" or the "Decode!" button. If you click the "Encode!" button it is assumed that the input is not encoded and you want to encode it. If you click the "Decode!" button it is assumed that the input is encoded and you want to decode it.
Use the online encoder decoder tool from above to either encode or decode a string of text. For worldwide interoperability, URIs have to be encoded uniformly. To map the wide range of characters used worldwide into the 60 or so allowed characters in a URI, a two-step process is used: It uses all AND gates, and therefore, the outputs are active- high. For active- low outputs, NAND gates are used. It has 3 input lines and 8 output lines. It is also called as binary to octal decoder it takes a 3-bit binary input code and activates one of the 8(octal) outputs corresponding to that code.
