Installation:
While you are installing the tea color
sorter machine, please avoid vibration and other interference in order to keep
a good working condition of the equipment.
Environment:
Be aware of the environment of the operation. Just keep your tea color sorter
under the appropriate room temperature (10-30℃),
with the minimum dust interference and good ventilation installation. This is a
crucial element during the operation and working situation of sorters. Further,
the best environment for a color sorter machine can last the service life
longer.
Light:
The sunlight is highly avoided because that this element will influence the
sorting effect. To have a better tea leaves result, this machine should be
placed indoor and shadowy room.
Maintenance:
As the color sorter works, please don’t open the cover of sorting box to avoid
that the dust enters and damages the CCD lens. If there is dust on the lens,
please clean with the special lens paper; regularly remove the dust on the
color sorter and clean the filter.
